If you like our full-service Tavernas, then you’ll love our fast-casual Spiro’s Kouzina restaurants. Our Kouzinas are designed for smaller spaces and markets that demand speedy service while expecting the same great quality food as our full-service Taverna’s. Spiro’s Kouzina features a streamlined menu with all of your favorites such as our famous Gyros and Greek Salad. The reduced footprint and equipment requirements are perfect for high-traffic sites.
