About Us
Edley’s Bar-B-Que is family owned and operated by its founders, Will and Catharine Newman. The first location was opened in 2011 in the 12 South Neighborhood of Nashville, TN. They eventually opened two other locations in Nashville as well as an Edley’s Bar-B-Que in Chattanooga, TN.
It has been recognized by publications such as Southern Living, USA Today, and Garden & Gun. Edley’s Bar-B-Que has been awarded Best Bar-B-Que in Nashville for four years by the readers of The Nashville Scene.
Why Edley's Bar-B-Que?
-We’re the home of Nashville-style BBQ. A spicy pork dish inspired by the city’s most famed dish – Nashville Hot Chicken, it is marinated for 24 hours in habanero pepper mash, then smoked for 12 hours to succulent perfection, and served with jalapeno slaw and ghost BBQ sauce
-We offer unique counter service and a full-service bar experience for guests featuring Nashville’s famous boozie milkshake, the Bushwacker, and a large selection of local and southern craft beers on tap year-round
