Products & Services

Back in 1978, the public had two basic choices for dining out - fast food with limited menus at low prices or higher priced, full-service restaurants. But, that changed when the first Souper Salad opened in Houston, Texas. The food was fresh and nutritious, guests served themselves as much as they liked, wait staff was there to help with drink orders and the price was low. From day one, people loved Souper Salad's simple, wholesome approach to eating out! Our unique concept has never changed: give guests the freshness, nutrition and endless variety they crave, serve it in a quick, convenient format and make it all available at a great price. Today, with more than 150 delicious original recipes, low prices, super friendly employees and the ease and quickness of our largely serve-yourself system, guests just keep coming back for more.
