SPENGA combines three essential elements of fitness to create what is simply known as the best workout ever. We believe strong bodies and minds are created through the power of ride, rep, revive. Each 60-minute SPENGA session boosts endurance, strengthens muscles and restores the body through a combination of spin, HIIT training and yoga. Our unique SPENGA Studio fills a gap in the fitness market and delivers cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training in every session. With space dedicated specifically to each element of the workout, invigorating aromatherapy and energizing DJ-inspired beats, member’s performance and results are maximized.
SPENGA is a plateau-proof workout that transitions to a new workout segment every 20 minutes (20 minutes spin>20 minutes strength>20 minutes yoga) This approach keeps our members excited for each segment, encourages a higher calorie burn and provides a better workout because they continue to push themselves. The staff comes behind them every step of the way cleaning the equipment.

We have a recurring revenue model with monthly packages that give members 4, 8 or unlimited sessions. There is also the high margin add-on revenue stream of branded gear for women and men.
You’ll have access to impactful marketing and advertising materials to build awareness of your club and increase membership. We also help with instructor recruitment and certification.
We are looking for owners who are passionate about fitness but who recognize that this is an experience driven concept. They should have strong business sense, leadership skills, and a willingness to learn and follow our system.
