Thank you for inquiring about The Papa Romanos franchise opportunity. We currently have approximately 48 franchised Papa Romano's Units located in Michigan. Most of our units are located in the Metropolitan Detroit area. However, we also have franchised stores located in Holland and Lewiston, MI.
Our organization has established standards and may well afford you financial independence. However, YOUR management skills, drive and desire are an essential ingredient to your success.

We are currently looking for individuals who are willing to run Papa Romano's stores as owner/operators. Papa Romano's was born April 1, 1970, at Nine Mile and Telegraph in Southfield. It did not take long for word to spread that Papa Romano's had the best pizza anywhere. Soon after, people tried to copy Papa Romano's pizza, but none could measure up.
With locations throughout Michigan, Papa Romano and his highly trained pizza makers make homemade dough the old-fashioned way, fresh every day. Papa still uses his original pizza sauce recipe made with a secret blend of herbs and spices. Each pizza is hand-stretched and baked to perfection for each customer in each location. Papa's pizza's are NOT mass produced and placed into hot boxes. For over 35 years, Papa Romano's has been making pizza with passion. Training & Support
We will assist you in determining which areas are more appropriate for a Papa Romano's location. We will help you obtain information such as population density, demographics, vehicle and pedestrian traffic and competitive business information. Once a location is approved, Papa Romano's will work closely with you and your attorney or real estate professional in negotiating a lease. Papa Romano's does not guaranty or secure your lease. At times we have an existing store or have secured a lease in a location that you might be interested. We will provide you with the details, if you express an interest and we believe you would be suitable for the location. We must approve all sites, but the final site selection is yours. After you find a location we will work with you to come up with a preliminary layout of your store. Papa Romano's stores are designed to provide you the franchisee, with a kitchen, which is both economical in production, and efficient in space. Our stores have a smart, colorful and contemporary look. Once you have these preliminary plans you will be responsible for having final plans drawn up and approved by us. All stores must be built out to our standards. You may use your own contractors.
We provide you with comprehensive training. If you are purchasing a new franchise, there is no additional charge for training. There may be a fee for training if you are purchasing an existing Papa Romano's unit. Training will take place at one of our designated Metro Detroit training stores. Once your store is opened we will provide you with an onsite training instructor to help you get off to a great start.
