You Pack
After we've delivered your Mobile Attic you can take your time and load it on your own schedule. No more rushing around to pack up everything in one day. When you have finished packing, securely lock the storage unit with your own lock.
We Store it Where You Need It
You may leave the Mobile Attic portable storage container at your location or give your Mobile Attic representative a call to have it stored at our storage facility. We will pick up your portable storage unit and store it on our secured lot. The Mobile Attic units are individually constructed of a sturdy corrosion resistant material making them strong and attractive, perfect for dozens of applications.

Training & Support
Upon qualification of a franchise location, Mobile Attic conducts training seminars free of charge at our Elba, Alabama corporate headquarters. The training will involve the day-to-day operations of running the business, as well as, hands on training in the loading and unloading of the storage containers. Travel, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of the trainees.
Acceptable self-storage management software is needed to operate the business and track the activity and utilization of the portable storage attics. We have chosen a software package that meets our specifications and is well-suited to the portable storage leasing business. Are You a Good Fit for Mobile Attic?
The initial franchise fee is determined based on population estimates and ranges from $35,000 to $55,000. The initial term of the franchise agreement is twenty (20) years, which may be renewed for additional ten (10) year terms. The renewal would be subject to the franchise terms and conditions in place at the time of the renewal.
