About Kidville

The Kidville concept started when Shari Misher Stenzler, co-founder of London Misher Public Relations, found herself carrying her baby and stroller down a long flight of stairs for her child's first music class. “There must be a better way,” she thought and began informally polling friends and fellow parents about their needs.
Fun and familiar geometric shapes are the design foundation for the Kidville interior space. Used with vibrant colors, the design elements encourage exploration and intuitively guide children throughout the space. This playful and cross-functional design provides the perfect setting for everything from intimate classes to “Big Blow Out” birthday parties.
Kidville Founders include Cosí co-founder Andy Stenzler, London Misher Public Relations President, Shari Misher Stenzler, tennis stars Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, philanthropist Laurie Tisch, Emanuel and Liz Stern (HartzMountain Realty/Tribeca and SOHO Grand Hotels), Richard Chapman and Gordon Hamm (GMC Parking Chain) and Kidville President Rammy Harwood.
During 2008, Kidville merged with the publicly traded company Longfoot Communications Corp and was renamed Kidville, Inc. In conjunction with the signing of the merger agreement, Dr. Phillip Frost, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IVAX Corporation led a strategic group of investors' equity purchase in Kidville.
At the end of 2008, Kidville, Inc. acquired JW Tumbles. The combined entity operates over 40 Kidville franchise locations across the globe including New York, California, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Facility Models

As a Kidville franchisee, how many facilities will I be required to open?
Kidville offers two types of Kidville franchise models – a Hub and Annex Model and a Stand Alone Annex Model. In the Hub and Annex Model you are required to open one hub location and three annex locations, and in the Stand Alone Annex Model you are required to open one single annex location.
What is the difference between a Hub location and an Annex location?
Kidville (Hub) locations require approximately 8,000+ square feet of area.
Kidville Annex locations require approximately 3,350+ square feet of area.
In the Hub and Annex Model, Kidville (Hub) locations centralize your Kidville Franchise Company’s infrastructure for all of your locations. Kidville Annex locations are designed to bring select Kidville offerings into areas that will not support a Kidville (Hub) location, but will benefit from the administration and marketing support of the franchisee’s Kidville (Hub) operation. In the Kidville Stand Alone Annex model, franchisees open a single location with the support of the Kidville Home Office.
What are the costs associated with purchasing a Kidville Franchise?
There are currently two investment levels.
1. Our Stand Alone Annex Model investment level is $198,150 – $262,900.
2. Our Hub and Annex Model consists of one Hub location (investment level is between $615,560 and $777,400) and three Annex facilities (investment levels are between $177,650 and $242,400 each).
You are able to choose the model that best suits your community and investment level.

Testimonials
"Rarely does a company come into a mature multi-billion dollar sector, like Kidville has done with early childhood developmental classes and services, and completely reinvent the customer experience on all fronts. By combining innovative programming, superb business processes, proprietary content, and proprietary systems with a world class management team, Kidville has created an excellent franchise opportunity."
