Franchise Support
Our training program is extensive and includes both classroom instruction and on-the-job training. In addition to your four week training period, the Hurricane Grill & Wings opening team will work with you for seven days before and after your restaurant's opening to assist you in the following areas:
- Design and Construction Process - How to build and open your Hurricane Grill & Wings
- Site Selection assistance - Reviewing of your proposed site's selection, including demographics and other key selection criteria. Or we will help locate one with you
- Pre-Opening - The opening is conducted by a group of Senior Management and certified trainers
- Store Operations - What takes place inside the four walls of the restaurant
- Front of the House - Greeting customers and ensuring they have a memorable experience
- Back of the House - What goes on in the kitchen and the preparation of our delicious food

Hurricane Grill & Wings® whose trademark is "Live with Flavor®" is known for its uniquely savory chicken wings, offered with a choice of more than 32 signature sauces and flavors. Menu items are cooked fresh to order with high quality ingredients and zero trans fats. Other menu options range from salads to Certified Angus Burgers and Grilled Mahi-Mahi along with a full bar and line-up of craft beers and wine.
The original Hurricane Grill & Wings opened in Fort Pierce, Fla., in 1995. There are over 46 locations, including Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New York, North Carolina and Pennsylvania, with additional restaurants planned nationwide. “The national growth rate Hurricane Grill & Wings has experienced is remarkable," said Martin O'Dowd, president of Hurricane Grill & Wings.
