The bar is legendary, and it’s the best place to feel the great energy of Houlihan’s. Our bar strategy unites pop culture, trendy premium brands and vendor insights to produce an enviable 20%+ bar mix. We encourage trial, sampling and fun by offering wine flights and mini martini flights. Our signature cocktails are Luxe bar offerings, and we boast a wine list that features popular and emerging wines from boutique vineyards.
Training & Support

Marketing
Our marketing fund is designed to maximize general public recognition of and creative development of the Houlihan’s brand. All advertising and marketing is generated by Houlihan’s in-house marketing group in cooperation with its advertising and marketing firms.
Operations and Training
Our partners understand that the success of their restaurants depends largely on their ability to execute our brand standards. As part of our restaurant opening support package, we provide a comprehensive initial management training program and a pre-opening training team to that offers in-store training for all staff members of your restaurant. Ongoing support includes operational inspections and feedback, written materials and advice for ongoing restaurant management.
