Typically ranging from 90 to 250 rooms, each hotel can be adapted to fit a wide range of lot sizes (some as little as two acres), zoning requirements and – most importantly – market demands. There’s even a new high-rise prototype especially designed for urban markets. While most Hilton Garden Inn hotels are new-construction projects, conversions are also an option.
