Company History

Scott Griffiths and Ron Love co-founded 18|8 Fine Men’s Salons in 2001, and began franchising the popular California-based salon in 2012. The brand now spans 26 states and there are more than 200 in development. As the nation’s leading full-service men’s salon, the entrepreneurial duo says there is a gap in the industry that Griff’s Ace Barber’s & Shave Bar will fill. Griff’s Shave Bar is rooted in the traditional barbershop experience while appealing to the modern man. The premium barbershops feature industrial vintage décor, today’s music and top-notch service in a comfortable space. The goal is to give men quick, easy service that does not sacrifice quality.
