Training & Support
Once the Franchise Agreement is finalized, you will receive our Start-up Packet and valuable guides regarding equipment requirements. Information regarding recipes, food preparation, hiring, training guides, management techniques, and customer care, are all included in our Operations manual In addition, we will send a qualified staff member to your store the week you open to help with the final staging of equipment, as well as additional training of employees and preparation of products. Computer generated reports taken directly from your cash registers will provide real-time instant analysis of your operating data. You can continually monitor your progress from your home or office. In addition, you will receive ongoing support through our qualified operations personnel and visits from CD & NF International staff who will consult with you, and offer useful advice on everything from preparing foods to local marketing strategies, and any other business information you require.
