How does B Pothole FREE Take Advantage of the Opportunity?
Until now, repairing potholes with conventional methods required the removal of old asphalt and replacement with new asphalt, at great expense to the environment and one’s budget. A typical 3’ x 3’ cut-and-remove asphalt repair takes about three or four laborers and more than an hour of work using a pavement saw to cut a straight edge around the damaged area, a jack hammer to break up the existing pavement, shovels to excavate material, a truck - to remove excavated material and to carry fresh asphalt - and a trailer with roller to compact the repair. It also requires enough new asphalt to replace all the excavated material. | ![]() |
B Pothole FREE’s patented infrared technology reduces repair time, laborers required, rejuvenates and recycles the old asphalt, and saves on material costs. In addition, infrared asphalt repair has no seams for water and ice to penetrate, enabling it to withstand weathering and traffic much longer than conventional repairs. The Perfect Business
Out of ten owners, generally four will be owner operated by individuals who have a passion for being hands on in their business. Three will be husband and wife management teams, and three will be manage the manager operations.
Owner Operated
This individual has unique and personal interests that create a real passion for work and derives enjoyment from providing a positive experience for others. This individual may have experience in our industry and may have contacts that will help grow the business. This individual will usually have the desire to work with our customers and staff throughout the life of the franchise. A salary, bonus and commission position can be enjoyed by this owner in addition to the profit beyond the break-even point on a monthly basis. He or she may also employ and work alongside a staff to manage the business. This provides the flexibility to come and go from the business as desired.
Manage the Manager
This individual prefers to manage the business, not operate the business. This managing process is defined by having a home based office that allows the owner to come and go as one pleases holding systematic meetings with key personel in the field. In addition, this individual can utilize his/her respective sales and marketing, operations or administrative experience. This individual will often recruit a spouse, partner, family member or in any cases prefer the more traditional methods of building a staff to grow the business. This form of ownership yields a strategic opportunity to manage multiple units and supplement or even replace your annual income.
Husband/Wife Team
The husband/wife team use complimentary skills and share in division of labor. Generally one spouse will enjoy the sales/marketing components - working with advertising, operations and scheduling - while the other spouse will handle customer service and administration and inside sales support.

We have a defined sale system that is designed to obtain new customers, provide superior customer service and never lose our customers to competition. This sales system and coaching is learned during training and reinforced all year. Our trained sales and marketing coaches work closely with our franchisees sales people daily to ensure growth.
Franchise Launch
We believe that a successful B Pothole FREE franchise business starts with a successful launch – a series of activities designed to reach the customer base in the franchise’s trading area. Each approved franchisee must attend our comprehensive Franchise Launch training session.
Franchise Launch activities and communications should be planned to target the relevant customer segments B Pothole FREE serves.
The Franchise Launch should be announced via a variety of outreach efforts, including but not limited to:
- Advertisements in local and regional print and/or electronic newspapers
- Interviews with business editors of local and regional print and/or electronic newspapers
- Saturation direct mail to all businesses in the region within the target customer segments
