Launch a Generation of Avid Problem-Solvers
Art of STEM started with star teachers that wanted to deliver more than good test scores for their students. With the input of engineer and scientist parents, the original educators developed materials to actively engage every student. These classrooms introduced hands-on project based learning long before STEM became an educational acronym. Back then, challenges and rubrics were pretty new. Makers had not become a popular movement, and using radio controlled cars to teach math was viewed as oddly radical.
The adventure continued with a National STEM competition League, consulting for educational marketing and a return to working directly with kids at the TinkerMaker Workshop launched in Portland, Oregon. As life transitioned to e-learning, Art of STEM partnered with the InterNational STEM League to extend digital versions of its most popular programs. Now PressPlay Web Camps and the eSports eSTEM platforms are available to all franchise operators; you deliver programs that reach kids no matter where they are learning.
