Villa Enterprises Celebrates Grand Opening of Two New Puerto Rico Locations

MORRISTOWN, N.J., May 16, 2011 – Villa Enterprises Management Ltd., Inc. (and its affiliates, Villa Enterprises), the global
multi-concept restaurant franchisor, announced today the grand opening of two new Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen Puerto Rico
locations.
Both quick service restaurant (QSR) grand openings add to Villa’s exceptionally vast concept portfolio. Located in the Plaza Rio
Hondo shopping center, the Bayamon, Puerto Rico, location celebrated its grand
opening on May 14. The second concept’s grand opening, located at the Puerto
Rico Premium Outlets in Barceloneta, is slated for May 23. Managed by the Road
Runner Group Corporation, these new additions mark the third and fourth Villa
Fresh Italian Kitchen locations in Puerto Rico, respectively.
