Today, Patrice & Associates announced the addition of Miller as the firm’s new chief operating officer (COO). Along with his executive role at Patrice & Associates, Miller has acquired an equity interest in the company.

Among Miller’s prolific 25 years in franchising, he spent 16 years at a leading full service staffing and recruiting industry franchisor, Snelling Staffing. During his tenure with Snelling, he was responsible for franchise training, franchisee ramp up, human resources, national accounts and company operations. Miller’s skill sets include deep knowledge in franchise development, operations, marketing, training, human resources and performance improvement.
As an industry innovator, Miller has been called upon regularly to speak to franchising executives in seminar formats, and has appeared as an expert with multiple news media organizations. Additionally, he owns and operates Brian K. Miller & Associates, which provides cutting edge consulting services in business, franchising, sales, operations and human capital.
Prior to Patrice & Associates, Miller was also the COO of FranchiseSource Brands International, a global, multi-brand franchisor best known as the parent company of The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES).
Miller joins Patrice & Associates as it continues to evolve from its roots as a hospitality-recruiting agency to a strategic partner for restaurant brands.
