Manny???s Mediterranean Caf to Open Charlotte, North Carolina Location

Charleston, South Carolina- Manny’s Mediterranean Café announced today plans to open a new franchise 

location in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This location is expected to open within the next 90-120 days.

The franchise owner is Stephanie Cripe.  While Rena and Thomas Cripe, both graduates of UNC-Charlotte, will be running the day to day operations. Manny’s is targeting the upscale suburbs of  Matthews, Ballantyne and Wesly Chappell. This will be Manny’s Franchise 5^th location in 3 States.
