More Than a Magazine

TheHomeMag is America's leading local home improvement resource. The Business' success, comprised of the magazine, mobile QR ads and web directory, is directly connected to each Publisher. Our publishers drive their local edition of TheHomeMag by leading their team of consultants and office staff towards delivering best-in-class products every day. TheHomeMag is the leading advertising vehicle for home improvement professionals available and under your direction, guidance and effort, is an ideal business opportunity.

Our Product is Advertising

TheHomeMag is comprised entirely of advertisements with absolutely no editorials or advertorials. We create our advertising through a unique process designed to specifically generate consistent home improvement leads for our clients. By combining a great looking magazine and targeted web directory with local home improvement businesses the homeowner receives a consistent and reliable resource for updating and improving their home without ever lifting a finger, well with the exception of dialing the phone or striking a few keys.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking Intrapreneurs: those that thrive in an existing system, yet are still driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. Do you have that ambition to launch a new venture in your local market? Are you a visionary that sees potential when others see risk? Are you ready to drive a system designed for success? If this speaks to you, then we encourage you to explore a little further into TheHomeMag, America’s leading home improvement connection.

Financial Commitment

The Initial Franchise Fee is either $19,000, $34,000, or $68,000 - depending on your market of choice. The Distribution size of the market determines the Initial Franchise Fee. In addition to your Initial Franchise Fee, you will need to have an operating capital of at least $90,000; more in a Double Market. Additionally, you will need to be able to sustain your personal livelihood for 6 to 8 months following your execution of the Franchise Agreement.

What you won’t find is an extensive Equipment Package to purchase, a high end or long term prime-space lease and build-out, or an Initial Inventory list. This is an Advertising Sales business that requires a modest 1000sf commercial office space, not a lot of furniture, and your standard office equipment of a few computers, phone system, and other small supporting items. We handle all collateral, help you in selecting and reviewing your office space, guide you in hiring your staff, and lead you toward training and beyond.
