TRAINING
Training is 2-3 days and can be done at our location or remotely. When you finish the training class, you are completely familiar with the operation of the machine. We do, however, offer support so that you have someone to call while you’re going thru the learning curve. It’s user friendly and most operators are printing independently within a day or two.
SUPPORT
When you are on location, your support team is there ‘with you’. Just let us know that you are going to be performing a live printing event and we will be available for phone calls or text, in case you have a question during your event, we are available to assist.
REPAIRS
This piece of equipment is made to meet commercial demand and has an excellent working track record.
The printer has a one year warranty however, you may wish to purchase an extended care package. This is available and able to be customized to your desired length of coverage.
