Sushi Freak is the ORIGINAL create-your-own sushi roll brand. At Sushi Freak customers select a seaweed or soy wrapper, choose their fillings then add delicious homemade toppings and sauces to devise their own unique masterpiece.
CHOICE IS HOW WE ROLL
Yep, at Sushi Freak, choice is the main ingredient. Some say it’s wrong to put mango and crab in a sushi roll. We say the customer is always right.
The fun begins the minute a customer walks through our door. There’s none of that “be-seated-and-a-server-will-take-your-order” stuff. Instead, our customers take charge of their gustatory destinies by picking and choosing their way through a tempting array of wrappers, proteins, fillings and yummy homemade toppings. Then, our skillful sushi rollers assemble customer’s picks into one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
QUALITY IS KEY
When our concept was first conceived, we knew that recipes, training and support from an experienced Master Sushi Chef would be essential to our success. We collaborated with James “Oshi-San” Oh, who had spent more than a decade training under the watchful eye of a skilled tutor. Indeed, Chef Oh worked an entire year before even being allowed to touch the rice!
Chef Oh helped us set strict guidelines for quality and technique and he shared his exclusive sushi-making secrets with us — from proper fish handling to the magical ingredients infused in his delicious recipes. The end product: fantastic, fresh sushi in a hip, contemporary setting, resulting in an extremely positive customer experience.
PERFECT TIMING
We are now seeking qualified candidates who share our enthusiasm for this unique concept to develop additional Sushi Freak locations. But, time is of the essence. At present, there’s no dominant player in the fast-casual sushi category and we’re passionate about securing that position for our selected franchisees as quickly as possible.
