The ideal candidate for Green Building Advisors is a good communicator: someone who is comfortable networking and building relationships. Our great performers have strong leadership and business development skill. Business management and sales/marketing are definite assets to our owners. Our minimum net worth requirement is $100K for a single Territory License and $300K for a 10 Territory License. No industry experience is required, but they should be interested in growing a large business.
