The Program Options

• Seed Program - The Seed program is a unique and powerful succession planning tool that provides the ability to transfer commission rights of existing policies to qualified external candidates. The candidate receives the benefit of immediate revenue without the cost of acquisition while Farmers preserves the existing location. The candidate may be eligible for up to a $10,000 signing bonus for marketing and office branding costs.  
• Retail Program - The Retail program is designed to attract capitalized entrepreneurs seeking a start-up opportunity that maximizes their ROI and provides an enhanced bonus feature on commissions.
• Agency Acquisition Program - The Agency Acquisition program provides lucrative financial incentives to capitalized external candidates to facilitate the purchase of service and commission rights to existing Farmers agencies with less than 1,000 Policies in Force.

Special Veteran Incentives

 

If the candidate is/was:

 

• honorably discharged within the past 10 years
• active guard or reserve
• retired from the military within that last 10 years

 

...they will receive:

 

• $3,000 office start up bonus
• $2,000 Marketing start-up package
• $1,000 University of Farmers scholarship

Also, if they hire a staff person who meets one of the above 3 criteria as well, the candidate will receive $200/mo for 24 months to help pay that persons salary.
