 | Café Yumm! is a Fast Casual restaurant that’s unlike anything you have experienced before. Our wholesome, savory food is based on the simplest of ingredients—whole foods with minimal processing. Our signature dish, the Yumm! Bowl™, comes in a variety of styles and flavors, each topped with irresistible sauces. Talk to our guests, everyone has a favorite Yumm! Bowl. Guests also love our hearty salads, soups, sandwiches, wraps and skewers. All of our ingredients are of the highest quality, over 50% of the food we serve is Certified Organic, and we source as locally as possible. |
Our restaurants are different. We stand firm on our commitment to being as environmentally friendly as possible. We source recycled and sustainable materials in both construction and operation. For example, our tables are made from re-milled wood or agricultural plant stalks and seed casings. We reduce our energy and water use by participating in green power choices from local utilities, by using LED lighting, and more. We built the first certified Gold LEED for Retail restaurant in the State of Oregon. We also built the first solar powered electric vehicle charging station at a restaurant anywhere in the U.S.A. We are a registered Benefit Company.
Comprehensive, In-Depth Training; Plus, Ongoing Support For Your Business
We provide a minimum two weeks of in-depth classroom and hands-on training at our headquarters in Eugene, Oregon. Our Opening Team will be with you for one week before your restaurant opens, and for one week after you’ve opened. We’re there to train your staff, ensure the quality standards are maintained, and your first guests instantly become loyal ones. We provide a detailed operations manual loaded with techniques, procedures, recipes, recommendations, and guidelines. Our Management Team has an open-door policy, sharing their personal cell phone numbers with franchisees. We publish a weekly newsletter chock full of best practices, tips, suggestions, and information to help you become successful. We hold Franchise Advisory Council meetings three times each year where all franchisees join franchisor staff to discuss anything of interest. Café Yumm! currently runs three company-wide promotions a year to help drive customers to your door. We also help you develop a comprehensive marketing plan that’s tailored to your location and local conditions. Plus, you’ll have access to our graphic design team and other marketing materials. |  |
Each franchisee is assigned a Franchise Consultant who can help you with coaching; brainstorming; empathy; systems review; and quality, service, cleanliness, and branding compliance. The Franchise Consultant exists to help you directly, or refer you to another person in the organization who might be better able to offer assistance.
