What is the franchising royalty?

What are your advertising fees?You may be asked to contribute up to 3% of your gross revenues in the future. However, franchisees are currently required to spend 1% on local marketing.

We are looking for franchisees with outgoing personalities, outstanding work-ethic, passion for customer service, and a love of falafels, who have a minimum net worth of $500K and $150K in liquid assets. Restaurant experience strongly preferred.
Does Amsterdam Falafelshop provide training?You will receive both in-store and classroom training for all aspects of your Amsterdam Falafelshop business, including food preparation, sales and marketing techniques, as well as administrative and office matters. We will also provide support prior to, during and after you open your location. Is financing available?At this time, Amsterdam Falafelshop does not offer financing assistance. However, we are happy to make recommendations for third-party lenders for you to contact. What is the term of the franchise agreement?The initial term of your Amsterdam Falafelshop agreement is 10 years, with 2 subsequent successor-options of 5 years each. What is the average square footage of an Amsterdam Falafelshop franchise?Franchised Amsterdam Falafelshop restaurants are usually between 1,500 and 1,700 square feet.
